Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom Products Policy

Our products are made-to-order based on your custom formula.

Because each blend is custom-created specifically for you:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind
  • Custom blends cannot be resold to other customers
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

When You CAN Get a Refund

✓ Quality Issues

  • Product arrives damaged or leaking
  • Wrong product sent
  • Defective packaging or closure
  • Product appears contaminated or off

Action: Contact us within 7 days with photos for a full refund or replacement.

✓ Incorrect Formula

  • We made an error in your custom blend
  • Wrong percentages or ingredients used

Action: Contact us with batch number for verification and replacement.

✓ Non-Delivery

  • Order never arrives after 15 business days
  • Tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive it

Action: Contact us to investigate. We'll reship or refund.

When You CANNOT Get a Refund

✗ Change of Mind

  • You don't like the scent or texture you selected
  • You changed your mind about the formula
  • You ordered the wrong size

✗ Allergic Reactions

If allergen warnings were displayed during checkout and you proceeded anyway. Always review ingredient lists and perform patch tests.

✗ Used Products

Products that have been opened and used (unless there's a quality issue).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Batch code (on bottle label)
    • Photos showing the issue
    • Description of the problem
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved: Choose refund or replacement

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval

Method: Refunded to your original payment method

Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

Return Shipping: We'll provide a prepaid return label for quality issues

Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have automatic rights if products:

  • Are not of acceptable quality
  • Don't match their description
  • Are not fit for purpose

Nothing in our policy excludes these consumer guarantee rights.
